Return & Exchange Policy

At THOMAS, we want every customer to feel confident before completing their purchase. That is why we offer inspection upon delivery, allowing you to check your order before accepting it.

Please make sure to review the item carefully at the time of delivery, including the size, color, condition, and overall quality.

Once the order has been inspected, accepted, and received, returns or refunds are not available.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item

  • You received a wrong size or color

  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect before use

To be eligible for an exchange, the issue must be reported immediately upon delivery, before accepting the order whenever possible.

Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, or exposed to perfume, stains, or any signs of use cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a wrong or defective item from our side.

For exchange requests, the requested size or item must be available in stock.

THOMAS reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions above.
